I am a 19 year old girl becoming a lady who has a passion for health, fitness and mental wellbeing. I am in the process of ‘creating’ a fitter, healthier me both physically and mentally. I have dreams, goals, love, hope and plenty of faith. Not to mention a whole lot of hard work to get to where I want to be in life. Where is that exactly?
